Understanding the Way: Covenant Truths Restored

Walking in Derak (The Way) requires more than belief—it demands obedience, remembrance, and set-apart living. Each of the following sections reveals a piece of that walk. These are not religious customs, but covenant commands, prophetic signs, and ancient foundations that YaHU’aH is restoring in this awakening. They expose deception, correct misunderstanding, and align the remnant of Yashar’al with truth.

TORAH

The foundation of the covenant—YaHU’aH’s eternal instructions for how His people are to live, judge, rest, and honor Him. The Torah is not optional; it is the standard of righteousness and the heart of Derak.

PASSOVER

The true remembrance of deliverance—not Easter. Passover honors YaHU’aH’s rescue of Yashar’al from Mitsrayim and points to YAHUSHA, the Lamb. It marks the beginning of covenant obedience and separation from false worship.

MO'EDM

The appointed times of YaHU’aH—not holidays of the nations. These seven feasts (Leviticus 23) are prophetic shadows of redemption through YAHUSHA and are signs between YaHU’aH and His people forever.

SHOFAR

More than a sound—it is a covenant alarm. The shofar was used to call assemblies, signal battles, proclaim liberty, and mark the presence of YaHU’aH. Its sound still warns and awakens today.

TITHING

Not a church collection. True tithing is agricultural, tied to the land, and commanded for the support of Lewiym, widows, orphans, and the poor. Today’s misuse reveals a major distortion of covenant stewardship.

FASTING

A tool of affliction and submission. Fasting, when done rightly, breaks oppression and aligns the heart with YaHU’aH’s will. It is not for ritual—it is for restoration and revelation (Yeshayahu 58).

HEAD COVERING

A visual sign of order and reverence. For women, it honors divine structure (1 Corinthians 11). For men, it’s about humility, not tradition. The covering testifies to honor in worship and spiritual submission.

GENTILES

Those outside the bloodline of Yashar’al who choose to cleave to the covenant through YAHUSHA. Gentiles are grafted in—not to replace Yashar’al, but to walk with the remnant in obedience to the Torah.

ESAU

The brother of Ya’aqob whose descendants rule through deception and domination. Esau’s legacy includes Rome, colonization, and false religion. Understanding Esau reveals why the true Yashar’al has been hidden and oppressed.
