CANAAN | ARZARETH |AMERICA

However, because of the nation’s rebellion, idolatry, and neglect of Torah, this sacred land became desolate, exactly as prophesied. YashaYAHU (Isaiah) 64:10 testifies, “Your set-apart cities are a wilderness, Tsiyon has become a wilderness, Yarushalayim a desolation.” Debarim (Deuteronomy) 29:28 warns that YaHU’aH would uproot His people and cast them into another land in fury. YirmeYAHU (Jeremiah) 50:12 further affirms that “your mother shall be greatly ashamed… a wilderness, a dry land, and a desert.”

•  The passage states they “entered into the narrow passage of the Euphrates” and journeyed on foot.
• YaHU’aH miraculously held back the floodwaters, allowing passage through an otherwise impassable region, echoing the Red Sea and Jordan River miracles.
• Their journey lasted one year and a half, underscoring the distance and divine endurance, until they reached a land where never mankind dwelt.

This phrase is critical. Arzareth cannot be any territory already inhabited at that time — disqualifying the Americas, East Africa, and the Levant, all populated in the 8th century BCE.

• Arzareth was a previously uninhabited region, untouched by Gentiles or prior nations, allowing uninterrupted dwelling “until the latter time.”
• The peaceful, isolated condition discredits the Americas, where preexisting civilizations and later colonial empires clashed with this prophecy.

Additionally, if the tribes had sailed by sea, there would have been no need for YaHU’aH to hold back the Euphrates.

• The land route with miraculous intervention proves the destination was geographically reachable by foot, though far from Gentile powers.

Arzareth, therefore, was not the final inheritance but a wilderness refuge, a prophetic parallel to the Exodus journey.

• It served as a spiritual preservation chamber to protect a remnant and realign them with the Torah, like the wilderness of Sinai.
• This aligns with Hoshea (Hosea) 2:14, where YaHU’aH says, “I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.”

Later texts suggest this group remained hidden until the time of redemption.

• They were not heard from again until the “latter time,” indicating a distant, remote, and sealed-off region.
• Their role in prophecy is hidden, per YaHU’aH’s plan for a preserved remnant.

In this light, Arzareth is not the land of Canaan, nor Africa in general, where peoples already existed.

• It is a separate region of divine designation, still veiled until the time appointed.
• Africa became the refuge for all Twelve Tribes through pre- and post-exilic migrations, proving Arzareth and Africa are prophetically distinct.

From the Olmecs and Maya to the Mississippians and mound-building societies, the Americas were home to thriving civilizations. These lands were never uninhabited, and certainly not free of Gentile domination. In fact, the Native peoples of the Americas were among the most brutally colonized in history, especially by European Gentile empires beginning in the 15th century. This contradicts the prophecy that the Ten Tribes would dwell peacefully in Arzareth “until the latter time.”

Furthermore, 2 Esdras 13:41–46 states that YaHU’aH held still the flood of the Euphrates, allowing the tribes to travel on foot for a year and a half. This supernatural act makes no sense if their journey involved transoceanic travel.

• If they had taken ships, the Euphrates would not have needed to be held back.
• Their arrival would not have required a year and a half on land, indicating Arzareth was accessible by land.
• The Americas, requiring sea travel, do not fit this land-based journey described in the text.
• The uninhabited requirement of Arzareth excludes the populated Americas.

Some defenders of the “America as Arzareth” theory cite alleged Hebrew inscriptions discovered in the United States — such as the Bat Creek Stone (Tennessee, 1889), the Los Lunas Decalogue Stone (New Mexico, 1930s), and the Newark Holy Stones (Ohio, 1860s) — claiming these are proof of early Yashar'alite presence.

Even if any of these inscriptions are genuine, they do not prove that the Ten Tribes came to America as part of the 2 Esdras 13:41–46 migration. Instead, they are more accurately explained as the result of later Hebrew captives or fugitives who arrived in the Americas through slave trade, persecution, or worldwide scattering. This is entirely consistent with Debarim (Deuteronomy) 28:64: “And YaHU’aH shall scatter you among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other.” It also aligns with historical records showing Hebrews were among those forcibly relocated during Islamic and European slave routes.

Thus, the appearance of Hebrew fragments or customs in the Americas is not evidence of Arzareth — it is evidence of scattered Hebrews arriving long after the Assyrian exile, primarily from Yahudah, Binyamin, and the Southern Kingdom. America was not the land of peace, but the land of captivity, especially for Yahudah. As prophesied in Debarim (Deuteronomy) 28:68, “And YaHU’aH shall bring thee into Mitsrayim again with ships… and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies as bondmen and bondwomen.”

In truth, America — particularly the United States and the Caribbean — is Mystery Babylon, the final place of enslavement, deception, and judgment. It is where the curses of Torah reached their peak and where the awakening of Yahudah and Binyamin is now occurring, preparing them for the return.

Arzareth, on the other hand, was never meant to be colonized, overthrown, or desecrated by Gentiles. It was a preserved refuge for the Ten Tribes — a land where mankind had never dwelt, where they could obey Torah in peace “until the latter time.” That level of divine preservation simply does not describe the Americas.

2 Chronicles 11:16–17 — “And after them out of all the tribes of Yashar’al such as set their hearts to seek YaHU’aH AL’uah of Yashar’al came to Yarushalayim, to sacrifice unto YaHU’aH the AL’uah of their fathers. So, they strengthened the kingdom of Yahudah…”

2 Chronicles 15:9 — “And he gathered all Yahudah and Binyamin, and the strangers with them out of Ephrayim and Menashsheh, and out of Shim’on: for they fell to him out of Yashar’al in abundance, when they saw that YaHU’aH his AL’uah was with him.”

These were not entire tribes, but individuals and families from the Northern Kingdom who still feared YaHU’aH. The vast majority of the Ten Tribes remained in rebellion and were later exiled by Assyria—those are the ones who fled to Arzareth.

All Africans are not the same — and all Africans are not “African.” Many are descendants of scattered tribes of Yashar’al who migrated into Africa during different waves of invasion, captivity, or prophetic escape. Some remained hidden in the land. Others fled east or south instead of west. Arzareth was a separate migration route. But the heart of covenant preservation was already shifting to Africa before, during, and after that journey.

A critical and often missed piece is found in the book of Ezra, after the Babylonian exile. As some of the southern tribes began to return from captivity, a census was taken—and what it revealed proves that remnants of the other tribes were still in the land.

Ezra 2:59 — “And these were they who went up from Tel-Melah, Tel-Harsha, Kerub, Addan, and Immer, but they could not show their father’s house and their seed, whether they were of Yashar’al…”

Ezra 2:62–63 — “These sought their register among those that were reckoned by genealogy, but they were not found: therefore, were they, as polluted, put from the priesthood. And the Tirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most qodash things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.”

Even priests among them could not prove their genealogy and were disqualified from priestly duties. This confirms that some descendants of the Ten Tribes were still living in the land of Yashar’al, but had lost their records or tribal recognition. They were not strangers—they were covenant people who had survived invasions, scatterings, or exile. YaHU’aH knew them—but man did not. Their identities were erased by history, just as today’s scattered remnant are awakening without man’s recognition.

Migration Timeline of the Twelve Tribes

• ~930 BCE – The Kingdom of Yashar’al divides: Ten tribes form the Northern Kingdom under Yarob’am
• 722 BCE – Assyrian invasion and exile of the Northern Kingdom (2 Kings 17:6); mass deportation of Ten Tribes
• Pre-722 BCE – Faithful individuals from Ephrayim, Menashsheh, and Shim’on migrate south to Yahudah (2 Chronicles 11:16; 15:9)
• 586 BCE – Babylon destroys Yarushalayim and the First Temple; Yahudah and remnants of other tribes exiled
• 538 BCE – Partial return from Babylonian exile under Zerubbabel (Ezra 1–2); many still remain scattered

  • Covenant identity returns among African Americans, Afro-Caribbeans, South Americans, Southern Africans, and Yashar’alites worldwide

Although this migration predates the Assyrian exile of 722 BCE, it established migratory routes that later groups—including Israelite remnants fleeing captivity—may have followed. These waves moved through regions like the Congo Basin, Angola’s highlands, and the Zambezi River valley, establishing strong population centers in Southern Africa by approximately 500 CE.

While this may resemble the journey of the Ten Tribes, Arzareth cannot be conclusively identified as Southern Africa, because 2 Esdras 13:41–46 clearly states the Ten Tribes traveled for a year and a half to a land where never mankind dwelt—a prophetic requirement that disqualifies any already-inhabited region like Africa. The Americas—though proposed by some—are also disqualified, as archaeological and cultural evidence confirms they were already populated and later overtaken violently by Gentiles.

Instead, the presence of Torah-keeping customs, Semitic linguistic echoes, and circumcision practices among Bantu-speaking peoples strongly supports that remnants from all Twelve Tribes—including those who merged with Yahudah, Binyamin, and Lewi before Assyria’s conquest—were scattered throughout Africa, repopulating it during and after Babylonian and Roman persecutions.

• Hoshea (Hosea) 2:14 prophesies: “Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.” The wilderness here applies metaphorically to Africa—particularly Southern and Central regions—where isolated Torah remnants found refuge.
• YashaYAHU (Isaiah) 35:1 adds: “The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.”
• The Lemba, Xhosa, Igbo, and other groups demonstrate these preserved traits, with genetic links like the Cohen Modal Haplotype (CMH) bolstering the case.
• This proves not that Arzareth is Africa, but that Africa is the preservation ground for the scattered tribes who never took the Euphrates route.

Even here, the prophetic curses followed disobedience: the Indian Ocean slave trade ripped away millions. Still, the prophetic word stands.

YashaYAHU (Isaiah) 43:5–6:

“Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east and gather thee from the west... bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth.”

ZecharYAH (Zechariah) 14:2 confirms that even amid judgment and destruction, a remnant will be preserved:

“For I will gather all nations against Yarushalayim to battle... and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.”

This remnant theology is echoed again in ZecharYAH (Zechariah) 8:11:

“But now I will not be unto the remnant of this people as in the former days, saith YaHU’aH of hosts.”

These verses emphasize that although scattered, afflicted, and judged, YaHU’aH preserves His people, not only physically, but covenantally, preparing them for restoration.

Mapungubwe (1075–1220 CE) shows high civilization with Torah-aligned practices. Bantu oral traditions tell of a “great trek guided by a divine star”, mirroring 2 Esdras 13:44, not to prove location, but spiritual continuity.

Though Arzareth’s location remains hidden, what is clear is this: Africa is not Arzareth—it is the gathering and preservation ground. The tribes scattered here were not those who walked through the Euphrates, but those who remained faithful and merged with the Southern Kingdom.

Prophecy aligns with history: Africa holds the Twelve Tribes. But their final return is not to Africa—it is to Canaan, with Yarushalayim at its center.

As their presence grew, so did hostility from surrounding African kingdoms. These Torah-keeping Yashar’alites — distinguished by their refusal to eat pork, their set-apart calendar, circumcision, and unique customs — were seen as foreign threats by the ruling powers of those lands.

They were Hebrews, not Canaanites. They were descendants of Ya’aqob, not sons of Ham. The surrounding nations treated them as spiritual outsiders, often targeting them with suspicion, envy, or violence.

This led to a tragic fulfillment of prophecy. Over time, various African kingdoms—including the Buganda Kingdom in modern-day Uganda—joined Islamic and Christian networks that sold Hebrews into slavery. These were not betrayals from fellow tribes, but external oppression from Gentile nations, fulfilling the warnings of Torah.

In July 2023, this truth was openly acknowledged by Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, who issued a rare public apology:

“If it were not for the part that our African kings and chiefs played in the slave trade, this evil trade could not have survived.” — President Museveni, Black Enterprise, 2023

Museveni admitted that African rulers sold people into slavery and invited the descendants of those scattered to return to their ancestral homeland. His words matched the pattern of judgment and restoration prophesied by YaHU’aH:

Tehillim (Psalms) 83:4 — “They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Yashar’al may be no more in remembrance.”

Debarim (Deuteronomy) 28:68 — “And YaHU’aH shall bring thee into Mitsrayim again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.”

These oppressors were not part of the covenant bloodline. Their actions were used by YaHU’aH to execute discipline and drive His people deeper into the wilderness — both physically and spiritually.

But even in the midst of judgment, YaHU’aH did not forget His people:

Yahazqal (Ezekiel) 11:16 — “Though I have scattered them among the nations, yet will I be to them as a little sanctuary in the countries where they shall come.”

Zekaryah (Zechariah) 10:9 — “And I will sow them among the people: and they shall remember Me in far countries; and they shall live with their children, and return.”

Testimonies from African History and Cultural Preservation

Oral traditions and cultural records from regions like Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Malawi support the reality that Torah-keeping communities once lived among and within African societies, preserving their set-apart identity through unique practices.

In Eastern Uganda, the Bagisu (Bamasaba) people have long practiced male circumcision, maintained tribal separation, and upheld distinct rites of passage such as the Imbalu ceremony — one of the most structured and ancient coming-of-age rituals in Africa.

Meanwhile, in Mbale and surrounding regions, the Abayudaya Jewish community emerged in the early 1900s, rooted in oral memory and scripture. They began observing circumcision on the eighth day, Torah commandments, Sabbath observance, and dietary laws — clearly echoing ancient Hebrew customs.

These groups — whether Hebrew migrants or African communities touched by Hebrew heritage — reflect the spiritual echoes of Yashar’al across the continent. Even when scattered and disconnected from genealogical records, their customs, covenant markers, and prophetic identity endured.

 

All of this leads back to the promises of YaHU’aH — that no matter how far the scattering, He will gather His people again.

YashaYahu (Isaiah) 11:11–12 — “And it shall come to pass in that day, that YaHU’aH shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Mitsrayim, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. And He shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Yashar’al, and gather together the dispersed of Yahudah from the four corners of the earth.”

Zephanyahu 3:10 — “From beyond the rivers of Cush My suppliants, even the daughter of My dispersed, shall bring Mine offering.”

Africa — especially Sub-Saharan Africa — became the preservation ground for the bloodlines of all Twelve Tribes, not just Yahudah. From there, the seeds of covenant identity were sown into:

• The Americas
• The Caribbean
• Europe
• Southeast Asia
• The islands of the sea

Debarim (Deuteronomy) 28:64 — “And YaHU’aH shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other…”

And now, across the world, we are witnessing the Great Awakening — as African Americans, Afro-Caribbeans, the Igbo, Lemba, Ashanti, and many more return to:

• Their original names
• The Torah
• The appointed times
• And the truth of their bloodline heritage

Debarim (Deuteronomy) 30:4 — “If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will YaHU’aH thy AL’uah gather thee, and from thence will He fetch thee.” 

Its dramatic restoration is linked to the return of YAHUSHA Ha’Mashiach, who, according to ZekharYAHU (Zechariah) 14:4, “shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives... and the mount shall cleave in the midst,” marking a supernatural transformation and the reestablishment of His Kingdom from the true Yarushalayim.

• The idea that this sacred city is "hidden" is biblically affirmed. Tehillim (Psalms) 83:3 warns: “They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.” This speaks to the deliberate concealment of our people and our inheritance—geographically, spiritually, and historically.
• Scripture states Yarushalayim lies within the borders of the land promised to Abraham in B're'shith (Genesis) 15:18, which spanned from the river of Mitsrayim (likely in Africa) to the great river Euphrates—a region far more consistent with Northeast and Southern Africa than with the Levant.
• YashaYAHU (Isaiah) 60:10 affirms that “the sons of foreigners shall build up your walls,” implying Gentile involvement in rebuilding before our final return.
• YirmeYAHU (Jeremiah) 33:7–8 links this restoration with national forgiveness: “I will restore the fortunes of Yahudah and Yashar’al… and cleanse them from all their iniquity.”

Prophets foresaw that Yarushalayim would become the center of global Torah instruction:

YashaYAHU (Isaiah) 2:2–3:

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of YaHU’aH’s house shall be established... and all nations shall flow unto it... for out of Tsiyon shall go forth the Torah, and the word of YaHU’aH from Yarushalayim.”

Historically, sites like the Siloam Inscription—an 8th-century BCE Hebrew relic—anchor the identity of the true Yarushalayim. Its abandonment following the Babylonian exile (586 BCE) fulfilled YashaYAHU’s prophecy of desolation. Books like the Kebra Nagast (15th century), preserved among the Falasha of Ethiopia, reverently describe Yarushalayim as our “spiritual mother”.

In contrast, British colonial cartographers in the 19th century deliberately misidentified Middle Eastern geography to align with political interests, creating false maps that displaced our true homeland. Yet, by 2025, over 10,000 African scholars and researchers are calling for recognition of Canaan’s actual location in Africa.

Yahazqal (Ezekiel) 37:25 reminds us:

“And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Ya’aqob My servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt... and My servant David shall be their prince forever.”

The land and city awaiting restoration is not in the Middle East—it is in Africa. The true Yarushalayim remains desolate, hidden, but not forsaken. It is the place from which YAHUSHA will reign.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Original Borders from Genesis 10:19:

“The border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as you go toward Gerar, as far as Gaza...”

Though commonly misapplied to the Middle East, these ancient place names—Sidon, Gerar, Gaza—were transferred southward by Hamitic migrations. Colonial explorers from the 1500s–1800s recorded names like Zidane (Sidon) and Gerar in Southern African oral traditions and topography.

Colonial Records:

• Maps and journals from the 16th to 19th centuries identify Southern Africa as the “Land of Ham”, with marked areas titled Canaan, Judah, and Zion, all reinforcing its biblical identity.

Kalahari Transformation:

• The once-barren Kalahari region is now seeing notable environmental renewal. Newly discovered aquifers, expanded vegetation, and ecological rejuvenation align with:

“This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden.” (Yahazqal/Ezekiel 36:35)

This signals transformation to the restoration of Canaan, in fulfillment of prophecy.

Tribal & Linguistic Evidence:

• The Bantu people—meaning “Bani-Tu” or Children of Tu/Tuwa—preserve Shemitic and Canaanite linguistic roots, Torah-aligned customs, and tribal structures. These cultural remnants, entirely absent among Middle Eastern “Jewish” populations, flourish among Southern African communities.

This confirms: the Final Exodus will not be the Middle East, but to the true Canaan in Southern Africa, the covenant inheritance of our fathers. 

Natural Resources Signifying YaHU’aH’s Provision:

• Gold deposits: Representing 40% of the world’s reserves
• Diamond fields: Representing 70% of global production
• Grape-growing zones: Totaling approximately 1.2 million tons per year
• New aquifers: Recently discovered underground water sources

Major Geographical Markers:

• Cape Town, prominently displayed with:
  • Table Mountain (1,084 meters), potentially fulfilling YashaYAHU (Isaiah) 18:1–2 as the “shadowing wings”
  • Its major seaport, with a cited 4 million tons/year capacity
• Drakensberg Mountains (3,408 meters), marking the eastern boundary of this prophetic restoration zone

Prophetic Migration Path:

Use faint directional arrows to depict the 4,376-mile journey beginning from the Assyrian captivity regions (marked vaguely beyond the top or northeast edge of the map). This migration path should cross:

• A symbolic Euphrates River crossing (where “AL Alyon held still the flood”)
• Through the Nile Valley corridor
• Into the Congo Basin
• Ending in Southern Africa, where the Kalahari refuge now blossoms in alignment with YashaYAHU (Isaiah) 35:1

The directional movement represents the divine relocation journey described in 2 Esdras 13:40–45, where the Ten Tribes fled captivity to keep the Torah away from Gentile corruption.

Distinction from the Covenant Land:

Adjacent and distinct from Arzareth, display a faded or contrasting area labeled “Canaan — Desolate, Awaiting Restoration.” This region symbolizes the true covenant land promised to Abraham and his seed, currently in a desolate state as prophesied:

“Your set-apart cities are a wilderness, Tsiyon has become a wilderness, Yarushalayim a desolation.” (YashaYAHU/Isaiah 64:10)

Purpose of the Map:
